Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were huge and had a very modern decoration, equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, including Apple TV, a TV in the bathroom, and lovely linens. Dining at the Refuel dining room was a dream, and the balcony with table and chairs added a special touch. The service provided by the staff was incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming, especially Ewan at the Concierge desk. The location was perfect for exploring the city, offering easy access to shopping, sight-seeing, and dining options in Soho. The dining experience was amazing, with plentiful and high-quality meals. Overall, a great place to stay.
The hotel is a great place for a formal dinner for about 50 people, with rooms that have huge glass windows filling them with light even on gloomy London days.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms, though small, were very well equipped, but having tea and coffee facilities would've been a nice touch for the morning. The service was impeccable, perfect, and extremely polite. The location, right by Oxford Street and China Town, was one of the best I've experienced, with plenty of entertainment options nearby. The dining options were delicious, although some improvements could be made in terms of variety. Overall, a high-class hotel with some minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel's rooms were beautiful, clean, and had excellent vibes, furnished with pillow/linen lavender mist for a peaceful sleep. The location is superb, close to the vibrant Soho nightlife, although subject to noise at times. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of healthy options. The service was outstanding with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. A true value for the money with fantastic facilities available.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The deluxe room with the terrace was one of the best in London, offering spacious and elegant accommodations. The only downside was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room for the morning.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of excitement and disappointment. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and equipped with all the expected amenities, making them ready even during breakfast hours, which was a pleasant surprise. However, at £500 per night, the decor, while fun, may not be everyone's cup of tea.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel boasts comfortable and super clean rooms, with lovely decor and ample space to both work and relax. The service was outstanding, and the location is ideal for exploration. However, the dining experience had its minor drawbacks.
